National competition of the best Young Sommeliers
Since 2007 the liquid section of the Chaîne, the Ordre Mondial des Gourmets Dégustateurs, is organizing an international competition fort he best Young Sommelier, aged between 21 and 35 years. [Link zum Intl. Jeunes Sommeliers]
The Swiss competition takes place in conjunction with the Association Suisse des Sommeliers Professionells (ASSP).
Mr. Josef Maria Michlig, Echanson and Member of the Conseil National is in charge of this event.
